These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Spartan Wipes website and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Platform provider
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to sell our products. Payments and checkout functions may be processed by Shopify and its payment partners.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place orders. By ordering, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
4. Scope of services
We sell physical consumer products through our website. No medical, diagnostic, or telehealth services are provided through the Services.
5. Product information
We try to keep product descriptions, images, and specifications accurate. Minor variations in packaging or appearance do not constitute defects. You are responsible for reading product labels, instructions, and warnings before use.
6. Orders and acceptance
An order placed on the website is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, or shipping problems. If payment was captured and an order is canceled, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
7. Pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.
8. Payments
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. You must provide accurate billing information. We do not store full card numbers.
Chargebacks or reversed payments may result in order cancellation and account restrictions.
9. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Processing and delivery estimates are provided in the Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control.
Risk of loss and title are governed by our Shipping Policy and applicable law.
10. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted only for unopened and sealed products in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Opened or unsealed products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. Return instructions and timelines are defined in the Returns Policy page.
11. No resale or redistribution
Products are sold for personal use. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale or bulk redistribution.
12. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operations, use automated scraping tools, or conduct fraudulent transactions.
13. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, images, branding, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse content for commercial purposes without written permission.
14. User submissions and reviews

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.
19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Court proceedings, where permitted, will take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
20. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies once posted. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for fraud, abuse, or Terms violations. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
