Shipping and Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed through the Spartan Wipes website and forms part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
We ship to all U.S. states and U.S. territories.
1. Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
2. Fulfillment location
Orders are fulfilled from authorized warehouses located in the United States through contracted logistics partners responsible for storage, packing, and shipping.
Warehouse location may vary based on inventory and destination.
3. Shipping methods
Available shipping methods and prices are shown at checkout. Options may include standard and expedited services depending on destination and carrier availability.
Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar national carriers.
4. Shipping coverage
We ship to all U.S. states and U.S. territories.
International shipping is not offered unless explicitly shown at checkout.
5. Delivery time estimates
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Typical carrier transit ranges after shipment:
Standard shipping: about 3–7 business days
Expedited shipping: about 1–3 business days
Transit time can vary due to carrier operations, weather, or regional conditions.
6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method.
We do not offer automatic free shipping unless a specific promotion is shown on the website at the time of purchase.
7. Tracking information
When tracking is available, a tracking number is sent by email after the order ships. Carrier systems may take time to show the first tracking scan.
8. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or misdelivery caused by incorrect address information submitted at checkout.
If a package is returned due to address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
9. PO boxes and special destinations
Shipments to PO boxes and military addresses may be limited to certain carriers and may require longer transit times.
10. Carrier delays
Carrier delays may occur and are outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates only. We will assist with tracking and carrier inquiries when needed.
11. Lost packages
If tracking shows no delivery and the package appears lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We may open a carrier investigation before issuing a refund.
12. Damaged shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 7 days and provide photos of the package and product. We will review and determine eligibility for refund.
13. Refused or undeliverable shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned as undeliverable, return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
14. Hygiene and safety restriction
Because this is a personal hygiene product, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused, factory-sealed items.
Opened or unsealed products are not eligible for return.
15. Return window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Requests received after 30 days may be declined.
16. Return authorization required
You must contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

17. Return shipping cost
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival.
We recommend a trackable return method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
18. Condition of returned items
Returned items must be:

not damaged by misuse or handling
Items that fail inspection may be rejected and not refunded.
19. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Refunds are processed after return inspection, usually within 5–10 business days after receipt. Bank processing times may vary.
Original shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law or due to our shipping error.
Refund only. We do not offer replacements.
